Certification included
Work through all the necessary tools over a period of seven weeks with your coach and qualify for a beautiful certificate confirming your readiness to achieve success. 

What's included?

You will discover yourself and be able to express yourself more authentically in the world.  Added to this, you will be able to identify what is draining you and how, knowing your values, will change the way you think and behave in business and private life.

E-Learning

Together with your coach you will identify the most prominent skills gap that hinders your self-development.  This will be dealt with during an e-learning course. 

Online coaching session

Gain access to a range of online sessions with your coach to guide you towards achieving your goals.  Each one-hour session is scheduled between yourself and your coach.

Assignments - Tools

Your homework / preparation before every session with your coach, will be essential to assist in meeting your objectives. 

Walk and talk 

Discover the value of movement and participate in a walk and talk session to work through specific elements that will further enable your personal processing and growth.

Marléne Burden

Marléne Burden has been working as a training and development professional for over three decades, starting her career back in 1990. However, she recently made a decision to shift her focus to the much-needed field of career, wellness, and performance coaching. In pursuit of this new path, she successfully completed her life coaching qualification at the School of Life Coaching in 2021. Throughout her extensive career, Marléne has developed a passion for teaching individuals of all levels and ages. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to lead an authentic life and aims to help her students achieve their fullest potential. Eager to share her wealth of knowledge and experiences, Marléne is excited about the opportunity to empower others to become the best versions of themselves.
